Effective June 1, 2013 the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will no longer forward Notices of Action to the newspapers.   All Notices of Action will be sent to the respective attorney or party requesting  the Notice of Action, who will be responsible for delivery to the publications.  Additionally, all Proof of Publications for Notices of Action and Notices of Sale must be e-filed in compliance with Supreme Court Opinion 11-399.  Please contact the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court if you have any questions. 

Effective October 1, 2012, the Office of the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will resume the following hours of operation for Court-related services:  Monday – Friday , 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. *

*Traffic Department customers MUST be in line by 4:30 p.m. to ensure service by the close of business.
